Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

At Jessy J Cranial Prosthesis,

all sales are final.

Due to the nature of our business — which consists primarily of service-based offerings and custom-made hair units — we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

 

No  Exchanges

All Cranial Prostheses, and hair units are:

  • Custom ordered and/or customized to client specifications

  • Considered hygienic personal-use items

  • Altered, styled, colored, cut, or modified upon request

 

For sanitary, safety, and customization reasons, we cannot restock or resell these items once purchased or handled.

Therefore:

  • No refunds

  • No exchanges

  • No returns

  • No store credits

  • No exceptions

 

All service payments (including consultations, installations, customizations and  deposits) are also non-refundable.

Custom & Special Orders

Any custom order, special order, or pre-order is final sale once payment has been processed. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Written Concerns

If you have a concern regarding your order or service, you must submit your complaint in writing via email within 48 hours of receiving your product or completing your service.

Your written notice must include:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Detailed explanation of the concern

  • Clear photos (if product-related)

While refunds will not be issued, management may review the situation at its sole discretion to determine if a resolution is appropriate.

Submission of a complaint does not guarantee a revision, adjustment, or exception.
